LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE
Structural Warranty — 3 Years
Finish Warranty — 1 Year
(Non-transferable. Applies only to the original retail purchaser.)
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state.
Warranty Sections

1. Definitions
“Vantis,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” → Vantis Wheels LLC
“Products” → Wheels sold by Vantis
“Owner” → The original retail purchaser
“Warranty Period” → Time frames listed below
2. Structural Warranty — 3 Years
Vantis warrants that its wheels are free from structural defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of retail purchase.
Coverage applies only when:
- Installed on an unmodified street vehicle
- Used under normal driving conditions
- Installed using Vantis-approved parts and hardware
- Fitment matches Vantis recommendations
Not covered under Structural Warranty:
- Impact damage (curbs, potholes, road debris)
- Improper installation or torqueing
- Aftermarket studs, spacers, bearings, modified hubs
- Suspension/engine/drivetrain modifications
- Racing, track use, drifting, burnouts
- Overloading or improper tire sizing
- Corrosion from road salt
- Accidents or collisions
Any modification or use of non-approved accessories voids the warranty.
3. Finish Warranty — 1 Year
Vantis warrants that wheel finish (paint, powder coat, clear coat, anodizing) is free from defects in workmanship for one (1) year from purchase.
Not covered under Finish Warranty:
- Rock chips / road debris
- Chemical corrosion (cleaners, brake dust, salt)
- Automatic car-wash brushes or machinery
- Chrome pitting
- Normal wear and tear
- Poor maintenance or improper cleaning
4. Disclaimer
Using Vantis wheels in any motorsports or high-performance activity voids all warranties and is done at the owner’s sole risk.
Motorsports & High-Performance Use Liability Waiver
The Owner acknowledges that motorsports, track driving, racing, and all high-performance activities are inherently dangerous and involve significant risks, including the risk of serious injury, death, and property damage. By installing or using the Products in any motorsports, competition, off-road, high-performance, or non-standard application, the Owner voluntarily and knowingly assumes all such risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner agrees that Vantis Wheels LLC, its owners, members, employees, and affiliates shall have no liability whatsoever for any injury, death, loss, or damage arising out of or related to motorsports or high-performance use of the Products.
The Owner further agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vantis Wheels LLC, its owners, members, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the Owner’s use of the Products in motorsports or any other high-risk activity.
This waiver and indemnity apply regardless of the theory of liability asserted, including but not limited to negligence (other than gross negligence or intentional misconduct, which cannot legally be waived), strict liability, or product misuse.
5. Implied Warranties (Required by Magnuson–Moss Act)
To the extent allowed by law:
- All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this limited warranty
- After expiration, all implied warranties are disclaimed
Some states do not allow limitations—those rights may still apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Vantis Wheels LLC’s maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the wheel(s).
Vantis is not liable for:
- Labor, mounting, balancing
- Shipping costs
- Vehicle damage
- Loss of use or downtime
- Incidental or consequential damages
Some states may not allow exclusion of such damages.
7. Installation & Owner Responsibilities
Owners must ensure:
- Wheels are installed by a qualified technician
- Correct torque specifications are used
- Wheels are inspected regularly
- Appropriate tire sizing is followed
- No damage is present before use
Improper installation voids the warranty.
8. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a claim:
Email sales@vantiswheels.co
Include: proof of purchase, photos of the issue, description of how it occurred, vehicle details & tire specs.
Vantis will inspect the wheel (in person or via photos).
If approved, Vantis may:
- Replace the wheel
- Repair the wheel
- Issue store credit
Customer is responsible for shipping the wheel to Vantis for inspection.
9. Refund Policy
All Vantis wheels are custom made per order and are nonrefundable.
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
11. Severability
If any provision is legally invalid, the remaining sections remain fully enforceable.
12. Entire Agreement
This Warranty & Policies document is the complete and exclusive agreement between Vantis Wheels LLC and the Owner regarding these Products.
